The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing instantly cooked buckwheat crepe roll with black beef tenderloin and the instantly cooked buckwheat crepe roll with black beef tenderloin manufactured thereby. The method for manufacturing instantly cooked buckwheat crepe roll with black beef tenderloin according to the present invention comprises: a black beef tenderloin marinating step of preparing black beef tenderloin and cutting the same, and marinating the black beef tenderloin by mixing the same with a marinade (S100); a black beef tenderloin roasting step of preparing black beef tenderloin roast by cooking the surface of the marinated black beef tenderloin (S200); a minor ingredient preparing step of preparing minor ingredients mixed with the black beef tenderloin roast (S300); a buckwheat crepe preparing step of preparing buck wheat crepes with buckwheat powder to wrap the black beef tenderloin roast and the minor ingredients (S400); a buckwheat crepe rolling step of preparing buckwheat crepe rolls by cooking piling the buckwheat crepe, the minor ingredients, and the black beef tenderloin roast and then rolling the same (S500); and an instant buckwheat crepe roll cooking step of cooking the buckwheat crepe roll (S600).
