PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser treatment device in which an operation in combination with an operative microscope is easy.SOLUTION: A laser treatment device includes a laser irradiation unit that can be attached to and detached from a lens barrel of an operative microscope. The laser irradiation unit includes a laser irradiation part and a plunger. The laser irradiation part includes a top surface, a bottom surface, and a wall part extending along a first direction on the top surface, a protrusion arranged at a predetermined interval with respect to the wall part in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a laser emission port.
