PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiotherapy apparatus for improving the reliability and usability of treatment. SOLUTION: A radiotherapy device 1 moves a treatment table 6 on which a top plate 61 on which a treatment target Pt is placed to a predetermined treatment place 36 and a direction different from the moving direction of the top plate to a predetermined treatment place. An imaging device 7 for photographing the treatment target and an irradiation device 5 provided between the treatment table and the imaging device, which can be expanded and contracted to irradiate the treatment target with radiation, are provided. The irradiation device moves to a predetermined evacuation position P1 when the CT device 7 moves to the treatment site. When irradiating the treatment target with radiation, the irradiation device 5 moves to a predetermined irradiation position P3.
