Disclosed is a method and system for determining an operational parameter for thermoregulation fluid to be provided for a personal thermoregulation treatment pack (14). The pack (14) includes a thermoregulation zone (16) for at least partially surrounding a treatment zone (26) and for applying a thermal treatment to a user at the treatment zone. The method includes obtaining a first volume indicator, which is indicative of a volume of the treatment zone (26) when occupied by a first user, and determining, from the first volume indicator, a first operational parameter for thermoregulation fluid to be provided for treating the first user.Linvention concerne une méthode et un système permettant de déterminer un paramètre fonctionnel dun fluide de thermorégulation destiné à être fourni à une enveloppe personnelle (14) de traitement par thermorégulation.
