PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetics excellent in elastic feeling of the skin and humectant effect with fresh feeling in use and temporal stability.
SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetics comprise a component (a) of a phospholipid, a component (b) of a nonionic surfactant, a component (c) of a higher alcohol, a component (d) of an oil, a component (e) of a polyhydric alcohol and (f) water, wherein the content of the component (d) is 1-30 mass%, the component (d) contains &ge40 mass% solid oil and/or paste oil, and also the ratio of the sum total content of the component (a) and the component (b) to the content of the component (d) is 2:1 to 1:10 in mass ratio, and the particle sizes of emulsified droplets are &le1 &mum.
