The present invention is a water-in-oil-type emulsion skin cosmetic, characterized by comprising the following components (a) to (e): (a) 5 to 50 mass% of water (b) 1 to 20 mass% of ethanol (c) 2 to 50 mass% of a volatile oily component (d) 0.1 to 5 mass% of carboxydecyl trisiloxane represented by formula (1) and (e) 2 to 50 mass% of at least one component selected from the group consisting of hydrophobized titanium oxide, hydrophobized zinc oxide and hydrophobized iron oxide. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a water-in-oil-type emulsion skin cosmetic containing a powder of the component (e), which is free from the feeling of lacking smoothness over time after being applied onto the skin, has good compatibility with the skin upon application, and is improved in stickiness after being applied onto the skin.
