PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely easily administered oral composition, which is improved in unpleasant flavor and texture of psyllium that is conventionally considered as a problem.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a beverage suspension, which contains 0.1 to 10 wt.% of taurine and psyllium, and includes 1 to 10 pts.wt. of taurine with respect to 1 pts.wt. of psyllium. The beverage suspension is extremely easily administered because unpleasant flavor and texture, felt easily when administering a large amount of psyllium, as a conventional problem is reduced.
