PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very administrable oral composition obtained by improving unpleasant flavor and texture of psyllium which are problems conventionally.
SOLUTION: The oral composition contains 0.1-10 wt.% taurine and the psyllium. The unpleasant flavor and texture which are conventionally the problem and are apt to be felt when a large amount of the psyllium is administered are especially reduced by the oral composition. The oral composition is very administrable, and enables the benefit caused by the intake of the large amount of the psyllium to be easily received.
