PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing lipid-coated oyster meat extract powder which hardly generates gas in time though the powder contains a high content of oyster meat extract, and the coated power.SOLUTION: The oyster meat extract power (a component A) of 40-70% capacity relative to the whole capacity of a mixer is blended, and is stirred till the temperature of the component A is 25-35°C.
