The device has an arc to interconnect fasteners integral with teeth and intended to adjust the alignment of the teeth. Each fastener (2) includes a base (10) to be secured to one of the teeth, and a case (12) projecting from the base for receiving the arc. The arc presents an initial profile that is deformed by misalignment of a tooth, where the arc tends to recover by forcing each fastener to align itself compared to the other fasteners. The arc is received in the case via a hollow sleeve fitted elastically in the case, where the sleeve is mounted to slide along the arc.L'invention concerne un dispositif orthodontique dans lequel un arc (20) est adapté à relier entre elles des attaches (2) rendues solidaires de dents dont on veut régler l'alignement, une attache comportant une base (10) qui est adaptée à être fixée sur une des dents et en saillie de laquelle s'étend un boîtier (12) adapté à recevoir l'arc. L'arc présente un profil initial qui est déformé par un défaut d'alignement d'une dent et que l'arc tend à recouvrer en forçant ainsi l'attache à s'aligner par rapport aux autres. L'arc est reçu dans le boîtier par l'intermédiaire d'un manchon (18； 118) s'emboîtant élastiquement dans ledit boîtier et le manchon est monté libre en coulissement le long de cet arc.
