The present invention relates to preparation of a Novel Protein Rich, delicious, ready to make, mineral and fiber enriched, lyophilized nutritional mix with increased shelf life. This nutritional mix is dry powder consisting of varying proportion of flour Vigna aconitifolia (Dew bean- moth) and Pennisetum glaucum ( Pearl Millet – Bajra) to be mixed with any of diluting vehicle including but not limited to milk, water, butter milk, Chhachh, etc. to get a fermented drink which helps in quenching thirst while being nutritious and digestive.
