The camera device (12) and the at least two vibrators (13) are connected to the processor (11). The camera device (12) is used to capture an image, and to send the image to the processor (11). The processor (11) is used to recognize whether the image contains a target object. If the image contains a target object, the processor acquires a positional relationship between the target object and the apparatus according to the image, and controls the at least two vibrators (13) to generate vibrations corresponding to the positional relationship. Also provided is a navigation method.
