PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine dispenser which credibly and speedily senses abnormality of paper feed of sheets of subdivision packing paper at a subdivision packing paper feeding section and a medicine dispenser system equipped with the medicine dispenser, and also to provide a medicine dispenser and a medicine dispenser system which allow a user to take out medicines packed in a packing section at a desired position.SOLUTION: The medicine dispenser 1 includes the medicine packing section 21 within a main unit 2. The medicine packing section 21 includes the feeding section 21b for feeding sheets of subdivision packing paper 98. An abnormality sensing mechanism 115 for sensing an abnormality of paper feed is arranged on the linear section 105b of the feeding section 21b. The abnormality sensing mechanism 115 includes a pinch roller 115b which rotates independently from the feeding means 21b.
