PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine inspection device that can more smoothly perform similarity determination for determining a presence of medicine that is similar to medicine packaged in a wrapper, and a medicine packaging system that includes the medicine inspection device.SOLUTION: A medicine packaging system S is provided with a medicine inspection device 10 capable of performing inspection of packaged medicine using a medicine packaging device 100 or the like. The control device 60 of the medicine inspection device 10 is provided with an inspection database 62 in which images of medicine are stored as master images, and is capable of performing an inspection task using an image matching process that uses an image acquired by imaging. The control device 60 is also capable of performing similarity determination for determining whether or not medicine that is similar to medicine packaged in an individual wrapper is present in the inspection database 62, in a state in which a reference range of the inspection database is restricted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】包袋に分包されている薬剤と類似する薬剤の存在を判定する類似判定をより一層スムーズに実行可能な薬剤鑑査装置、及び当該薬剤鑑査装置を備えた薬剤分包システムの提供を目的とした。【解決手段】薬剤分包システムＳは、薬剤分包装置１００等において分包された薬剤の鑑査を実施可能な薬剤鑑査装置１０を備えている。薬剤鑑査装置１０の制御装置６０は、薬剤の画像をマスター画像として蓄積した鑑査用データベース６２を備えており、撮影により取得された画像を用いた画像マッチング処理を用いて鑑査業務を実施することができる。また、制御装置６０は、鑑査用データベースの参照範囲を限定した状態で分包袋に包装されている薬剤と類似する薬剤が鑑査用データベース６２に存在するか否かの類似判定を実施することができる。【選択図】図１
