The present invention relates to a composition comprising, especially in a physiologically acceptable medium: (a) an aqueous phase； (b) at least one anionic foaming surfactant； (c) at least one amphoteric or zwitterionic foaming surfactant； (d) at least one polyethylene glycol of formula (I) defined below； (e) at least one polyester ether of formula (II) defined below； (f) a polymeric suspension agent.
