PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily solid cosmetic having a warm pattern formed so as to protrude from the surface.SOLUTION: An oily solid cosmetic 1 is provided with a pattern 3 formed so as to protrude from the surface. The pattern 3 has bubbles inside a three-dimensional shape, and formed bubble-likely. The oily solid cosmetic 1 can be manufactured by performing a filling step, and a pattern-forming step. The filling step comprises filling a cosmetic material containing an oily constituent in a cosmetic plate 2, and thereafter solidifying the cosmetic material.
