A method for producing an oily solid cosmetic (1) in which a part of a first oily solid cosmetic (41) projects from a surface of a second oily solid cosmetic (44), which comprises an upper mold (10) having a through hole (11) and a recessed portion. A lower mold 20 having a lower hardness 21 than that of the upper mold 10 is overlapped so that the lower opening 11b of the through hole 11 and the recess 21 are overlapped with each other. A first filling step of filling the melted first oily solid cosmetic 41 into the recess 21, an upper mold removing step of removing the upper mold 10 from the lower mold 20, and a first oily solid cosmetic protruding from the lower mold.
