PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a pattern on the surface of an oily solid cosmetic easily at low cost and in good appearance.SOLUTION: A stamp form 6 is composed of a base 6a, a first elastic part 6b and a second elastic part 6d wherein the first elastic part 6b has a stamp face 6c with an unevenly carved pattern, and the second elastic part 6d is interposed between the base 6a and the first elastic part 6b and formed of a material softer than the first elastic part 6b and the oily solid cosmetic. Transfer of the pattern on the surface of the oily solid cosmetic 4a is conducted as follows.
