PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid cosmetic that can add a pattern to an area greater than the area of the surface of the cosmetic.SOLUTION: A solid cosmetic 1 is provided with: first cosmetics 22-24 stored in a cosmetic tray 4 cosmetic side patterns 32-34 added to the surface of the first cosmetics 22-24 and a container side pattern 51 added to the surface of the cosmetic tray 4. Cosmetic side patterns 32-34 have colors different from the first cosmetics 22-24 and are made from second cosmetics forming a pattern on the surface of the first cosmetics 22-24. The container side pattern 51 is made from a raw material that forms a pattern on the surface of the cosmetic tray 4, and the raw material is different from the cosmetics.
