PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel collagenase activity inhibitor derived from plants.SOLUTION: The invention provides a collagenase activity inhibitor containing, as an active ingredient, Pseudocydonia sinensis of a Rosaceae plant, preferably fruits thereof, desirably pulp extract of thereof.
