PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multipotent adult stem cells (MAPCs) and progeny derived therefrom to provide lymphohematopoietic cells in a tissue of the lymphohematopoietic system of a subject.SOLUTION: A method to provide lymphohematopoietic cells in a tissue of the lymphohematopoietic system comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of human non-ES, non-germ, and non-embryonic germ cells that are positive for telomerase and can differentiate into ectodermal, endodermal, and mesodermal cell types, wherein the non-ES, non-germ and non-embryonic germ cells provide lymphohematopoiesis in the subject.【課題】被験体のリンパ造血系の組織においてリンパ造血細胞を提供する多能性成人幹細胞（ＭＡＰＣ）およびそれに由来する子孫細胞を提供すること。【解決手段】リンパ造血系の組織にリンパ造血細胞を提供する方法であって、テロメラーゼに関して陽性であって外胚葉細胞型、内胚葉細胞型および中胚葉細胞型に分化し得る有効量のヒト非ＥＳで非生殖性でかつ非胚性の生殖細胞を、それを必要とする被験体に投与する工程を包含し、該非ＥＳで非生殖性でかつ非胚性の生殖細胞が該被験体においてリンパ造血を提供する、方法。【選択図】図２Ａ
