PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform eye axial length measurement according to the condition of a subjects eye.SOLUTION: The eye axial length measurement apparatus includes: a non-contact eye axial length measurement means for measuring the axial length of the subjects eye in a non-contact manner by making measurement light and reference light interfere with each other and detecting interference signals a measurement determination means for determining whether or not the measurement result of the axial length of the subjects eye obtained by the non-contact eye axial length measurement means satisfies a prescribed measurement condition by determining propriety of the interference signals and a display control means for displaying the measurement result obtained in the non-contact eye axial length measurement means, and a measurement result obtained in an ultrasonic eye axial length measurement means which transmits ultrasonic waves, receives echo signals reflected at eye tissue and measures the axial length of the subjects eye. Even for the subjects eye not suited to the non-contact eye axial length measurement means, a highly reliable measurement result by the ultrasonic eye axial length measurement means is output, and shifting to the eye axial length measurement by the ultrasonic eye axial length measurement means is smoothly performed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 被検眼の状態に応じた眼軸長測定を効率よく行う。【解決手段】 測定光と参照光を干渉させ干渉信号を検出することにより非接触にて被検眼の眼軸長を測定する非接触式眼軸長測定手段と、前記干渉信号の適否を判定することにより、前記非接触式眼軸長測定手段によって得られる被検眼の眼軸長の測定結果が所定の測定条件を満たすか否かを判定する測定判定手段と、前記非接触式眼軸長測定手段にて得られた測定結果、及び超音波を発信し眼組織で反射したエコー信号を受信して被検眼の眼軸長を測定する超音波式眼軸長測定手段にて得られた測定結果を表示手段に表示する表示制御手段と、を備え、前記非接触式眼軸長測定手段に不向きな被検眼であっても、前記超音波式眼軸長測定手段による信頼性の高い測定結果を出力でき、かつ、前記超音波式眼軸長測定手段による眼軸長測定にスムーズに移行可能である。【選択図】 図1
