PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely measure the axial length and anterior chamber depth of a subjects eye.
SOLUTION: This instrument for measuring eye size is provided with a measurement means illuminating a low-coherent light emitted from a measurement light source as a measurement light to two predetermined sites located at different positions in the axial direction of the subjects eye, and measuring the eye size between predetermined sites by synthesizing and interfering reflected lights from the two predetermined sites wherein the measurement means substantially changes a focusing position of the measurement light used for measuring the eye size between the different predetermined sites.
