PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light interference tomographic meter comprising a novel control method in which, a signal light path length and a reference light path length in which measurement sensitivity becomes maximum, become equal in a short time.SOLUTION: When a light path length of an OCT is adjusted, individually from the OCT optical system, light sources are converged in the surrounding of anterior eye parts of eyes to be examined, then a prescribed pattern is radiated to eyegrounds of the eyes to be examined, then the prescribed pattern radiated on the eyegrounds is received for acquiring a pattern image. Then the acquired pattern image is analyzed for estimating eye axis lengths of the eyes to be examined, then, using the estimated values of eye axis lengths, a light path length is controlled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】短時間で、計測感度が最大となる信号光路長と参照光路長とが等しい状態になるようになる新規な制御方法を備えた光干渉断層計を提供すること。【解決手段】OCTの光路長調整の際に、OCT光学系とは別に、光源を被検眼の前眼部周辺に収束しかつ被検眼の眼底に所定のパターンを照射し、眼底上に照射した所定パターンを受光してパターン像を取得し、取得したパターン像を解析して被検眼の眼軸長を推定し、推定した眼軸長の値を用いて光路長の制御を行うようにした。【選択図】図8
