PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which has excellent followability with respect to the motion of a wearer, hardly gets twisted or deviated, and prevents deterioration in a wearing feeling or leakage prevention performance in use.SOLUTION: An incontinent pad 1 includes: a top sheet 2 a back sheet 3 and an absorber 4 held between both the sheets. The absorber 4 includes: multiple high-rigidity parts H distributed in a planar direction and a low-rigidity part L which is arranged between the respective high-rigidity parts H and has rigidity lower than that of the high-rigidity parts H. The incontinent pad 1 includes multiple deviation prevention parts 8 for fixing the pad 1 to clothing on a skin noncontact surface. The multiple deviation prevention parts 8 are respectively extended in the width direction (a Y direction) of the pad 1 and intermittently arranged in the longitudinal direction (an X direction) of the pad 1. Each deviation prevention part 8 goes across the low-rigidity part L and reaches the multiple high-rigidity parts H, H.
