The present invention relates to a tissue peeling assembly. The tissue peeling assembly includes a tissue peeling device and a bending device. The tissue peeling device comprises: outer pipes inserted into a human body inner pipes which are inserted into the outer pipes to make the front ends protrude from the front ends of the outer pipes a cutting head arranged on the front end of the inner pipes a cable connected to the rear end of the cutting head a driving shaft connected to the rear end of the cables and a driving motor applied to the rotational force of the driving shaft. The bending device comprises: a fitting unit having the exterior fitted thereto a rotating lever which is coupled to the rear end of the fitting unit in a rotatable manner a first roller which is fixed to the fitting unit to be attached to the front side of the inner pipes a second roller which is fixed to the rotating lever to face the first roller while having the inner pipes therebetween to rotate around the first roller when the rotating lever rotates and apply a bending force to the inner pipes an angle adjusting groove which is arranged on a rotating path of the end of the rotating lever when the rotating lever rotates to a side of the fitting unit and an angle adjusting pin which is installed on the angle adjusting groove to interfere the end of the rotating lever when the rotating lever rotates to limit the rotational angle of the rotating lever.
