SOLUTION: The delivery device of a seeding machine is characterized by disposing a delivery cover 3 triggered to cover the groove opening portions of the delivery grooves 1 along the delivery side rotation peripheral surface of the delivery roll 2, and an outer cover 4 for covering the outer peripheral portion of the delivery cover 3 and simultaneously controlling to outward open the delivery cover 3, and further disposing the tip side delivery edge 5 of the outer cover 4 on the delivery side in front of the tip end edge 6 of the delivery cover 3 to approach the rotation peripheral surface of the delivery roll 2.
