PURPOSE: A fruit peeling apparatus is provided to prevent persimmon flesh from unnecessarily cutting, and to completely peel the skin from the persimmon by adjusting the cutting trajectory of a cutter. CONSTITUTION: A fruit peeling apparatus comprises the following: a fixing rod including a sucking unit for fixing fruits； a cutter(41) connected to a rotating plate rotated by a motor for peeling the skin from the fruits； a turning radius controller(R) controlling the cutting trajectory of the cutter； a first cam(R1) including a first guiding groove(R11) setting the turning radius by contacting with the upper side of the cutter； a second cam(R2) including a second guiding groove(R22), and a gear unit(R24) on the outer circumference； and an adjuster rotating the second cam for changing the turning radius of the first and second guiding grooves for adjusting the cutting trajectory.본 발명은 커터의 회전되는 궤적을 감의 형상에 따라 조절할 수 있도록 하여 박피효율이 향상될 수 있도록 한 과일 박피기에 관한 것이다. 진공 펌프에 의해 지속적으로 진공흡입력을 발생시키는 진공발생기(22)가 내부에 장착된 본체(2)；상기 진공발생기(22)에서 발생된 진공흡입력에 의해 과일(100)을 흡착 고정시킬 수 있는 흡반(52)이 형성된 고정봉(5)과, 상부에 수직되게 설치된 모터(62)와, 상기 모터(62)에 연결되어 회전되는 회전판(72)으로 구성된 회전부(7)와, 상기 회전판(72)에 연결되어 회전되면서 과일(100)의 껍질을 깍는 커터(41)로 구성된 커팅부(4)； 및 과일(100)의 외면 절반에 해당되는 궤적으로 상기 커터(41)가 선회되도록 하는 선회반경 제어수단(R)을 포함한다.
