PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule type endoscope, an endoscope system, and an operation method of the capsule type endoscope which can reduce a response time of frame rate control.SOLUTION: A capsule type endoscope 100 includes: an imaging part 110 for imaging captured images in time series; a processing part 120 for performing first movement determination of the imaging part 110 on the basis of the captured images, and obtaining a first movement determination result; and a communication part 130 for sending the captured images to an external device 200 of the capsule type endoscope 100, and receiving a second movement determination result that is a result of second movement determination of the imaging part 110, which is performed on the basis of the captured images by the external device 200.
