PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp a degree of contribution of a worker who works.SOLUTION: A productivity determination device performs determination about one or more workers who work, determines a brain state as a state of blood in the brain in each worker by one or more detectors attached to each worker one by one, and determines productivity as a degree that each worker contributes to achievement of a work. Specifically, a concentration level as a degree that the worker concentrates on the work and a feeling level as a degree related to a comfort generated in the worker are measured on the basis of the brain state of the worker, and the productivity of the worker is determined on the basis of a measurement result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】仕事を行う作業者の貢献度を簡易的に把握する。【解決手段】生産性判定装置は、仕事を行っている１又は複数の作業者についての判定を行う。生産性判定装置は、各作業者における脳内の血液の状態である脳状態を、各作業者に１つずつ取り付けられる１又は複数の検出器により検出する。また、生産性判定装置は、各作業者の仕事の達成に貢献する度合いである生産性を判定する。具体的には、作業者の脳状態に基づき、該作業者が仕事に集中している度合いである集中レベルと、該作業者に生じている快感に関する度合いである感情レベルとが測定され、測定結果に基づき、該作業者の生産性が判定される。【選択図】図３
