PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonic acid gas amount measurement device capable of managing the carbonic acid content of slightly carbonated beverage or jelly containing a minimum amount of carbonic acid by a weight ratio.SOLUTION: The carbonic acid gas amount measurement device includes: a sample hopper 11 a first cylinder 12 a second cylinder 13 heating means 12a cooling means 13a carbonic acid gas concentration measurement means 14 three switching valves 15a, 15b and 15c volume measurement means 16 and arithmetic means 17. The sample hopper 11 is configured to input a measurement object (for example, carbonated beverage) 11a into a top end 12b of the first cylinder 12. The carbonated beverage 11a input into the top end 12b of the first cylinder 12 is heated by the heating means 12a, and mixed gas containing the dissolved carbonic acid gas is extracted.
