PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode material used for modifying the quality of beverages such as alcoholic beverages by electrolytic treatment, wherein the electrode material is inexpensive, has excellent handling properties, and can be used hygienically with increased frequency of exchange.SOLUTION: A beverage quality-modifying electrode material 20 is made of a laminated sheet including: a conductive metal foil layer 21； an insulative resin layer 22 laminated on one side of the conductive metal foil layer； and a protective resin layer 23 laminated on the other side of the conductive metal foil layer.
