PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial auditory ossicle which joins an eardrum and the inner ear or the other auditory ossicle, does not shift from a fixed position, does not cause a foreign body reaction or discharge after it is buried, and which is excellent in engraftment on and restoration of the eardrum.SOLUTION: In the artificial auditory ossicle which includes a ceramics molding product having a plurality of through holes and having ceramics, such as calcium phosphate, as a main component, the through holes are arranged in such a way that the direction of the through-holes is coincident with the direction connecting the eardrum and the inner ear. Filling materials, such as collagen, are arranged in the through holes 3, and a membrane 4 is formed at the end part of the ceramics molding product. The material of the membrane may be either the same material or a different material, and moreover, an osteogenic factor is preferably blended in the membrane and/or the filling materials.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】鼓膜と内耳もしくは他の耳小骨とを連結する人工耳小骨であって、埋入後に定位置からのずれ、異物反応、または排除がなく、かつ鼓膜との生着性と修復性が良好な人工耳小骨の提供。【解決手段】リン酸カルシウムなどのセラミックスを主成分とした複数の貫通孔を有するセラミックス成形体からなる人工耳小骨。この耳小骨は、前記貫通孔が鼓膜から内耳への方向一致するように配置される。その貫通孔3内にコラーゲンなどの充填材を配置することができ、さらにセラミックス成形体の端部には皮膜4を形成させることができる。皮膜の材質は充填材と同材質あるいは異材質でもよく、さらに皮膜および/または充填材中に骨形成因子が配合することが好ましい。【選択図】図1
