PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook holder for an artificial inner ear device, which is for an artificial inner ear device, is provided with a microphone in an ear hanging part comprising a hook and an ear hanging body, is easily worn and taken off while suppressing positional deviation of the ear hanging part, is excellent in beauty, and can reduce influence on a sound field near the microphone even when the microphone is disposed at a hook end.SOLUTION: The hook holder includes a resin molded part and a hook grip made of a metal wire.
