PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system intended for improving the problems, wherein a conventional dried laver production includes generally a seawater treatment process, a fresh water treatment process, and a fully automatic dryer, and a seawater treatment process and a fresh water treatment process are considered to be different, and since the structure is established by planarly setting each kind of equipment, individually setting and/or carrying each equipment, and setting and assembling piping and wiring on an installation site, labor and/or experience and arrangements are required for the production, and for the assembling and unification in the similar way.SOLUTION: This system is so structured that a pretreatment process of a laver-making drying process in a laver production includes a first division which assembles a seawater treatment process, and a second division which assembles a fresh water treatment process. The first division is so systematized for space-saving that a first treatment equipment for treating raw laver is set on an upper stair and a seawater tank is set on a lower stair, while filteration equipment which filters and/or collects drain water (seawater) is set, and treated seawater is sent back to the first division to reuse. The other second division is systematized for space-saving such that a raw laver ripening machine and a mixing tank for laver concentration adjustment are set for precise concentration adjustment on the upper and lower stairs.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の乾海苔製造は、海水処理工程、真水処理工程、全自動乾燥機に大別される。海水処理工程と真水処理工程とは区分され、かつ各種の装置を平面的に設置し、また各装置を個別に設置及び/又は搬送し、設置現場で設置と配管・配線して組立てる構造である。手間及び/又は経験、並びに段取りを必要とする。これらの組付け一体化においても同様であり、その改良が望まれる。【構成】海苔製造の抄き機乾燥工程の前処理工程を、海水処理工程を集合した第一部門と、真水処理工程を集合した第二部門とし、小スペース化を図る構成で、第一部門は、生海苔処理用の第一処理装置を上段に、海水槽を下段に設置し、また排水(海水)を濾過及び/又は回収する濾過装置を設置し、処理済み海水を、第一部門に戻して再利用するシステムとし、他の第二部門では、生海苔の熟成機・海苔濃度調整の混合槽を、精緻な濃度調整と、上下段に設置し、省スペースのシステムとする。【選択図】図1-1
