The present invention relates to a seawater pumping device, and more specifically, to a seawater pumping device using potential energy of the already pumped seawater to drive a seawater raising means and a seawater lowering means, and using difference in the height based on wave heights to enable seawater to be continuously pumped without artificial use of additional energy.
