The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for manufacturing mineral salt from seawater and, more particularly, to an apparatus and method for manufacturing mineral salt from seawater, which perform primary atomization by colliding air with seawater and secondary atomization by colliding seawater with seawater, thereby maximizing the efficiency of seawater atomization. According to the present invention, the apparatus for manufacturing mineral salt from seawater comprises a seawater mineralizing apparatus including: a seawater condensing tank for condensing seawater； a seawater heating tank for heating the condensed seawater and supplying the heated seawater； an air supplying tank for supplying air heated through an air heating tank； a drying chamber defining a space therein for drying the heated seawater； an intake pipe inserted and installed in one side of the drying chamber, and formed of a first passage into which the seawater heated from the seawater heating tank enters, and a second passage into which the air supplied from the air supplying tank enters； and a mixing nozzle, one end of which is connected to the intake pipe and the other end of which has a colliding portion formed thereon at which the seawater collides together, and which is formed of a seawater discharging portion and an air discharging portion connected to the first passage and the second passage, respectively.본 발명은 해수로부터 미네랄 소금을 제조하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 공기와 해수가 부딪쳐 1차적으로 미립화가 이루어지고, 이어 해수와 해수가 부딪쳐 2차적으로 미립화함으로써, 해수의 미립화 효율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 해수로부터 미네랄 소금을 제조하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 해수로부터 미네랄 소금을 제조하는 장치는 해수를 농축하는 해수 농축조； 상기 농축된 해수를 가열하고, 상기 가열된 해수를 공급하는 해수 가열조； 공기 가열조를 통해 가열된 공기를 공급하는 공기 공급조； 내부공간이 형성되어 상기 가열된 해수를 건조시키는 건조실； 상기 건조실의 일측에 삽입 설치되고, 상기 해수 가열조에서 공급되는 가열된 해수가 유입되는 제1유로와 상기 공기 공급조에서 공급되는 공기가 유입되는 제2유로가 형성되는 유입관； 및 일단부는 상기 유입관과 연결되고, 타단부에는 상기 해수가 서로 부딪치는 충돌부가 형성되며, 상기 제1유로 및 제2유로와 각각 연결되는 해수 배출부 및 공기 배출부가 형성되는 혼합노즐；로 이루어지는 해수 미립화 장치；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
