PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of X-rays inside a vacuum chamber 40 by electron rays radiated from an electron ray generation part 34.SOLUTION: The electron ray generation part 34 is disposed inside the vacuum chamber 40 where a vacuum state is maintained, and electron rays radiated from the electron ray generation part 34 are discharged to the outside through an irradiation window 44 attached to an opening 36b formed on a wall surface of the vacuum chamber 40.
