The present invention relates to a healthy management system, which comprises a transmitting platform being correspondingly linked to various detectors for health examination items of a human body. The transmitting platform can integrate the data received from the detectors by means of a processing unit therein and transmit the data to a hand-held real-time display unit or a computer by a ZigBee wireless communication module, or to a remote computer via the hand-held real-time display unit, so as to record and control the situations of health management.
