PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to perform continuous monitoring of the condition of health by performing long-time body temperature measurement to a person to be measured who is difficult in operating a body temperature measuring device for himself/herself, such as an infant or an older parson, and by transferring the trend of the body temperature to a caregiver.SOLUTION: A body temperature monitoring system is constituted of a biological information measurement part including a heart rate measuring device installed on a finger tip or a portion on a body surface or the like having comparatively no risk of damaging movement or health of a person to be measured even in the case of long-time measurement, and a calculation processing part for speculating the body temperature of a body deep part from the trend of the obtained heart rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 乳幼児や高齢者等、体温計測装置を自ら操作困難な被計測者に対して長時間の体温計測を行いその推移を看護者に伝達して健康状態の常時監視を行うことが困難であった。【解決手段】長時間の計測でも被計測者の運動や健康を比較的害するおそれのない指先や身体表面等の部位に設置する心拍数計測装置を備えた生体情報計測部と、得られた心拍数の推移から身体深部の体温を推測する計算処理部から構成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
