PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body condition management system that enables a manager to more accurately grasp a health risk of a person to be managed using a manager information terminal used by the manager and perform more careful body condition management.SOLUTION: A body condition management system for enabling a manager 30 to grasp a health state of a person 10 to be managed on the basis of biological information acquired from the person to be managed comprises: a manager information terminal 31 that is used by the manager； a biological information acquisition unit 11 that is mounted on the body of the person to be managed to acquire the biological information on the person to be managed； a risk determination unit 22 that on the basis of the biological information, determines a health risk of the person to be managed； and a biological information transmission unit 13 that transmits the biological information to the risk determination unit 22.
