PURPOSE: A chitosan oligosaccharide containing deep seawater is provided to enhance alcohol dehydrogenase activity, aldehyde dehydrogenase activity, and MEOS activity. CONSTITUTION: A composition for alcohol detoxification and hangover relief contains chitooligosaccharides containing deep seawater as an active ingredient. A method for evaluating the chitosan oligosaccharides comprises: a step of mixing chiosan oligosaccharide and deep seawater； a step of applying to ICR mouse by oral administration of the chitosan mixture； a step of collecting blood from the mouse； and a step of measuring ADH and ALDH enzymes and MEOS activities.본 발명은 해양심층수가 함유된 키토산올리고당에 관한것으로, 알콜 탈수소효소(ADH)와 알데히드 탈수소효소(ALDH) 활성을 증가시킬 뿐 아니라, MEOS활성을 증가시키고 혈중 알콜농도를 감소시키는 뛰어난 효과가 있으므로 알콜해독 및 숙취해소제로 사용할 수 있다.
