PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure a pulse wave propagation speed.SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 includes a measurement area determination part 34 for acquiring an image with the surface of a living body picked up, recognizing a prescribed feature point from the acquired image, and determining a first area and a second area to be predetermined positional relations to the position of the recognized feature point, and a pulse wave time difference calculation part 37 for detecting a pulse wave signal about the first area from a luminance change in a pixel about the determined first area, detecting a pulse wave signal about the second area from a luminance change in a pixel about the determined second area, and calculating a delay time between the pulse wave signal about the first area and the pulse wave signal about the second area.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
