The present invention relates to a health care apparatus through health status measurement of a passenger in a vehicle and a method thereof. According to the present invention, an apparatus installed in a vehicle (especially, an automobile) for measuring health statuses of various passengers can be used for performing self-diagnosis of a health status of the passenger in real time, and health care can be promoted or an environment in the vehicle can be changed by the vehicle itself based on the result of the self-diagnosis.
