The invention relates to a method to assist with driving a vehicle, implemented by a mobile device and comprising steps of: connecting (21) with a peripheral for measuring at least one physiological parameter of a driver； receiving (22) measurements of the physiological parameter； and determining (23) a state of health of said driver from the physiological parameters received, characterised in that it also includes steps of: connecting (24) with a computer of a vehicle； selecting (25) a profile associated with said driver, said profile including associations between predetermined states of health, as well as configuration parameters of the vehicle； determining (26) configuration parameters of the vehicle from the predetermined state of health and the selected profile； and transmitting (27) the predetermined configuration parameters to the computer of the vehicle.
