PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope distal end cover capable of removing contamination of a lens without removing an endoscope from a digestive tract lumen.SOLUTION: An endoscope distal end cover 1 to be mounted on an endoscope includes a sheet-like cover part 2 to be disposed at a distal end face of the endoscope and a peeling part 3 connected to the cover part 2. The cover part 2 is formed in such a shape that, when the cover part is disposed at the distal end face of the endoscope so as to cover the lens of the endoscope, a forceps port of the endoscope becomes a non-covered state. The peeling part 3, one end of which is connected to the cover part 2, is a string-like member.
