A method for manufacturing parched rice containing Siler divaricata is disclosed. The disclosed method for manufacturing the parched rice containing Siler divaricata comprises: a) a step for soaking 200 g of rice in water for 1-2 hours and finely chopping 20 g of onion and 7 g of garlic; b) a step for putting cooking oil in the frying pan heated at 100°;C for 1 minute, then stir-frying 20 g of the chopped onion and 7 g of the chopped garlic at 100-150°;C for 5 minutes; (c) a step for pouring 1800-2000 cc of water in a container and putting 200 g of the rice soaked at the a) step, and 20 g of the chopped onion and 7 g of the chopped garlic stir-fried at the b) step, then boiling at 150-200°;C for 20-30 minutes; (d) a step for making a first rice porridge with Siler divaricata by adding 6 g of salt to the container and boiling 5 more minutes, then turning off heat and mixing with 2 g of Siler divaricata powder; e) a step for manufacturing the parched rice containing Siler divaricata by inserting 30 g of the first rice porridge with Siler divaricata made at the d) step and a leaf of the Siler divaricata (3 g) in a machine for parched rice and applying certain pressure and temperature; and f) a step for making powder of the parched rice containing Siler divaricata by finely grinding the parched rice containing Siler divaricata using a grinder.
