PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive paste formulation for food and drink, capable of preparing food and drink which gives a human being feelings of collectability and easiness of swallowing in eating, and food and drink reduced in an adhesive feeling to the throat in eating, usable as an adhesive paste formulation for food and drink for a person with lowered swallowing function, and capable of increasing a saliva secretion amount in the oral cavity after eating.SOLUTION: An adhesive paste formulation for food and drink contains thickening polysaccharide, and at least two kinds of cold sense substances and/or at least two kinds of substances derived from spice.
