PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ophthalmographic device which can excellently capture a fundus image via a wide-angle lens attachment, and the wide-angle lens attachment.SOLUTION: An ophthalmographic device 1 comprises a wide-angle lens attachment 3 which widens an imaging field angle of a fundus image by being attached to a subject side housing surface of the ophthalmographic device 1 having an inspection window 17. The wide-angle lens attachment 3 has a second objective optical system 31. The second objective optical system 31 forms a second turning point Q at which measurement light having passed through a first turning point P is further turned following the operation of a scan part 15 in a mounting state where the wide-angle lens attachment 3 is mounted to the subject side housing surface of the ophthalmographic device 1, and comprises at least lenses 31a, 31b, 31c arranged so as to bend the measurement light toward an optical axis L3 of the second objective optical system 31 at a position higher than the main light height of the measurement light in the inspection window 17.
