PURPOSE: A spawn inducing method red sea cucumbers is provided to help spawn of mother red cucumbers by turning red cucumbers inside out after draining water off from a tub in order to stimulate red cucumbers and performing water temperature stimulation method and method of air-drying under shade at the same time.CONSTITUTION: A spawn inducing method red sea cucumbers comprises the following steps: draining seawater off from a tub in which the red cucumbers are contained(S10) drying the red cucumbers by turning inside out for a first predetermined time(S20) filling hot seawater which has a temperature 3 deg. Celsius greater than a natural water temperature in order to stimulate the red cucumbers in the tub(s30) and blocking lights radiated on the red cucumbers for a second predetermined time(S40). The first predetermined time is from 50 minutes to 70 minutes.
